Bartender

As a bartender at Decent, you’ll be responsible for preparing cocktails and zero proof beverages. You must have an eye for detail, ability to work cleanly, organized and efficiently, professional behavior and positive energy.

What you’ll do:
A successful bartender will be able to prepare and serve multi-step drinks in a timely fashion in a fast paced, high volume setting with respect for your coworkers. 

Shifts:

Friday-Sunday, 3:30pm-close (generally 9:30)

Tasks:

• Make all syrups and mixers for cocktails

• Execute multi step cocktails efficiently

• Organize bar

• Stock liquors, beer and wine + track inventory

• Clean bar at the end of the night

Recommended Experience: 

• Over 21 years old

• 1 year bartending experience

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours

• Willingness to work with your team to complete whatever needs to get done

• Positive attitude when you walk in the building that remains throughout the shift

• Ability to read email communications in a timely fashion and respond appropriately

• Weekend availability

• You bring energy and problem solving to the role

• High degree of organization

• TIPS certification

• Experience with Toast, Tock, Sling or other hospitality driven technologies

• Clear communicator
